Description

We have a house with the entire lower level available. This is accessible through the house. There are stairs. The lower level has a bedroom with a door, a bathroom. And a very large great room. We have a full size refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven and dining area-with most of the comforts of home. There is a TV, DVD player, Roku for streaming, and WIFI. We have heat and air conditioning-which is rarely used.

Languages spoken

English native-speaker, Spanish (fluent), Italian (moderate). We are excellent users of Google translate!!

Location

We are in the north of Seattle-about a mile north of a major shopping mall. We can walk to the mall! It is possible to walk in our area, but tourist sites would need public transportation. Mark is excellent in helping with this and could get you anywhere in the city.
Public transportation is good and less than a mile away. You would only need a car if you want to hike. Most good hiking sites are about 2 hours away. We have a lot of literature available about sights and the area and Mark is a long time resident who can help with whatever you would like to do.
