We have devoted a great deal of time, effort and thought to the complete refurbishment of the accommodation which has a fully equipped kitchen,
heating, hairdryer, 130 channel cable TV, free wi-fi and a speaker system which you can link to your I-pod or mobile phone to listen to your own favourite music.
With three bedrooms,4 beds and 2 bathrooms, it accommodates 6 persons.
In the bathrooms you can find all the basics (face and bath towels, shower gel, toilet paper)
For those who are very sensitive to noise, it is possible that you can hear/feel the Metro, as it passes in front of the apartment, throughout the whole Avenue. Nevertheless, at night it stops, and never has been a problem to my guests.
I live in the same building, next door to this apartment.
Should you wish, I would be delighted, subject to any other commitments, to meet you at the airport and provide any assistance you may need during your stay. I always do the check in.

The apartment is located in a mainly residential area, right by a Metro station and with all amenities nearby: supermarkets, a small shopping centre with deli, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, flower shops, launderettes and lots of local shops.
There are also parks, cinemas, churches, a gym and covered swimming pool in the vicinity.
