Location

Our small village Buckau at a small creek of the same name near the town of Brandenburg/Havel has as attraction Romanesque stone church with a remarkable Gothic Marienaltar , a Bohemian Madonna and a baroque Lutheran baptismal angel.

In our village there is a riding stable with a riding hall and two kilometers from here is a trout farm with a small restaurant . You may also go fishing there. Supermarkets and other restaurants in the next locations

From here you are in one hour in Berlin , Potsdam , Magdeburg , Dessau or Wittenberg

Thanks again so much, Thomas and Ute. We had a fantastic stay in your house. You were so welcoming and hospitable and everything was perfect. Your house and your garden is so lovely and the food was excellent. Thank you so much for organizing and going with us on a tour with a horse carriage and showing us around and also for the private tour in the church. You both really are a rich source of knowledge about history, churches and your area. We enjoyed everything. Hope to see you again.
